Over the course of English 110, we have gone through MLA and sentence error, after looking back at the semester I am much more confident using MLA format. In my Significant Writing Project, I involved different multimodal elements. This being said I needed to incorporate different ways of citing my texts.  When I was in high school all I needed to do was include which websites and cite them casually at the end of my paper, but now each piece of evidence needs to be cited correctly. I also never used in-text citations, and now need to be more than aware where to put them. Lastly, I did not need to have specific headings and page numbers within my essay. This is very different from being in English 110 as I need to have my last name and page number on each page as well as have my name, professor’s name, class, and date for each essay I write.
